There are 12 sites that have been offered by landowners for potential development as part of the Stoke Lacy NDP Call for sites during July and August 2020.
These sites are being independently assessed by AECOM who will do a thorough technical and feasibility review taking into account flood plans, existing building, access etc.,
Only when AECOM have completed their review will a short list be sent to the NDP Steering Group who will pass this information on to the Parish Council for decisions.
The final outcome will be published for Stoke Lacy residents to express comment and concerns.
